“Why” template

I'm running the FNAN 3K Fun Run to keep support free for Eritrean youth and families.
FNAN has no paid staff — every pound funds frontline help: mental health & family support,
immigration signposting, Healthy Lifestyle sessions, English & mother‑tongue learning, and IT skills.
Please donate what you can and tick Gift Aid if you’re a UK taxpayer. Thank you!

Add 1–2 personal lines: why this matters; who you’re thinking of; your training plan.

5) Choose the right cover image (or video)

Pick a bright, people‑centred, landscape image. Options: JustGiving runners hero; FNAN community hero; campaign collage; logo (fallback). Add a 30–60s selfie intro if you can.

6) Share plan (first 48 hours)

  • Send to 5 close friends/family first — early momentum matters.
  • Post to WhatsApp/Telegram with your link + one personal line.
  • Share to Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn with a clear ask and your target.

Boost (Day 2–3)

  • Share FNAN’s campaign post; tag 3 friends to match you.
  • Update your page with a thank‑you and progress screenshot.
  • Add your link to your bio/status. Use a QR on posters.
