Mentoring

As a mentee not only you will find it easy to find a mentor on its platform, FNAN also gives you the chance to choose your mentor to give you the initiative to map your career path, and this is a firm policy in F'NAN as it has the ethos that self confidence starts from self belief and taking independent choices. F'NAN philosophy stems from the belief that your mentor should be your guide, listener and as someone you look into as a role model.

ኣርኣያነት

ኣብ ፍናን ኣርኣያ ክኾነካ ፡ ክትኮነካ ሰብ ብቐሊል እትረኽበላ እትረኽብላ ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ መኻሪኻ ክትመርጽ እውን ዕድል ትህብ። ሓደ ወይ ሓንቲ ሰብ ኣብ ፍናን ኣርኣያ ክብሃል እዚ ኣማኻሪ ነቲ ተመካሪ ጽላል ኮይኑ፡ ተመካሪ ኣብ ነብሱ ተኣማሚኑ ብነጻ ምርጫታቱ ከቅንዕ ትምሕጸን፡ እዚ ኣዝዩ ከምዘድምዕ ፍናን ትኣምን።

Counselling / Advocacy

As Eritrean diaspora we have a problem of withholding, bottling up problems until situations get out of hand with our health and legal affairs. The host countries health and social amenities together law and enforcements institutions has very limited awareness of this cultural hindrance--it is F'NAN's policy to actively engage the Eritrean diaspora communities to raise their awareness and to speak up and raise their voices to resolve this social menace.

ከም ኤርትራውያን ስደተኛታት፡ ሓደ እነርእዮ ነገር ኣሎ፡ ኩነታት ጥዕናናን ሕጋዊ ጕዳያትናን ክሳዕ ዚበላሾ ንጽበዮ፡ ክንፈትሖ ዝግብኦ ዝኣክሎ ግዜ ኣይንህቦን። እተን እንነብረለን ሃገራት እውን ነዚ ከም ንቡር ከም ባህሊ ባዕልና እነዕብዮ ዕንቅፋታት ክርዳኣልና ኣይክእላን። እታ መፍትሕ ነገር ብርሑሱ እያ እሞ፡ ፍናን ነዚ ኣለሊና ሓድ ሕድና ክንተሓጋገዝ ፍናን ባይታ ት ህበና፡ ናይ ሓደ ተምክሮ ን ሓደ ፍታሕ ይኾኖ፡ ንሓንቲ ዝጸበባ፡ ንካልእ ሓፍታ ቀሊል እዩ እሞ ሓቢርና ኣብ ፍናን ንዋሳእ።

Youth and Family

F'NAN is committed to communicating its processes in the same page in a language and vibe that parents and their youth could comprehend. So much so F'NAN has raised its goal post higher in stating the goal that ...."the one thing that any Eritrean family agrees on is F'NAN"...It is a tough promise to keep ... Well ... F'NAN is founded on ideals--this is stated on its mission statement.

ፍናን ኣገልግሎታ ኣብ እትህበሉ ጸቒጣ እትሰርሓሉ ፡ ከም ዕላማ እተንብሮ፡ ውላድን ወለድን ኣብ ሓደ ገጽ ከንብቡሉ ዝኽእሉ ዓውደ ርክብ ምሃብ እዩ። ነዚ ንምትግባር ቀሊል ከምዘይኮነ ፍናን ኣጸቢቓ ትግንዘቦ፡ ግን ሓደ ካብ ዕላማኣ ውሉድን ወላድን ኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገር ብኸመይ ክረዳድኡ ይኽእሉ ንምምላስ እዩ።

One way to conceptualise technology is to think of human beings as living in three interconnected worlds—the natural world, the social world, and the designed world.The designed world, or the world of technology, includes all of the modifications humans make to the natural world to satisfy their needs and wants.

Business literacy is the knowledge and understanding of the financial, accounting, marketing, and operational functions of an company. FNAN provides a space for entrepreneurs in the community to exchange their experiences to help find their feet in the nitty-gritty of running business and making their business grow and be part of community network to reach the community.

Once a week, every Saturday FNAN has started Tigrinya Classes for Teens aged 13+. This will reinforce Eritrean Children growing diaspora to retain their cultural identity.
