FNAN – First Mentor Induction Day

Luwam (Public Speaker – a FNANNER)

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to FNAN Eritrean Youth and Family Outreach for inviting me to speak at the event they held on Saturday to train all the mentors who have taken up the role of helping Eritrean Youths and family in the UK. What they are trying to create is so inspiring and going to make such a massive difference to so many lives.

I was truly humbled to be part of this journey. And the response I got from everyone attending at the end of my presentation really touched me to the core!!

FNAN’s Response

Hey Luwam, What a remarkable presentation you gave to our audience last Saturday, the 3rd of August 2019, when you made a keynote presentation on Mentoring.

Upon reflection we could not imagine of any other way of opening FNAN Eritrean Youth and Family Outreach debut Mentoring programme, other than the one you gave us; especially the young men and women were mesmerized by your inspirational presentation.

On behalf of ፍናን | F’NAN and its community we take this opportunity to thank you, and we do hope our community will benefit a great deal in the future, and we are looking forward for much much more engagement such as this one in the future. Thank you once again.

If we truly focus on helping others and empowering others, nothing is impossible. You never know how big an impact that action will have and the lives it will change. A vision of two amazing women is going to create something so powerful!!!
